Open Question: Foreclosure Process in Florida, I need help!!!?
I live in Lake county Florida in the city of Leesburg. I believe my home is in pre-foreclosure. I need to know how long I have to get out or what the process is. I have already talked to the bank and I am not able to pay for it any longer my mortage went up $300 more a month. Does any one know the process? If it helps my mortage is thru US Bank. I am sorry Ii forgot to mention, my home has been on the market for the past yr I have it for sale now a SHORT SALE as a matter of fact and it is 9K less than I owe, I had a family look at it on Feburary 27th but I haven't heard anything yet. The house belongs to my boyfriends father and he doesn't care fot it any longer he plans to move back to Mexico here in the next month. I live in the home with 2 kids and due for my 3rd in 1 month so I can not afford the mortage.

Open Question: Buy a House that had Foreclosure put on Hold ?
So I was looking to buy a gorgeous house in great area. Not a bubble area. Upscale. Put in offer and it was accepted. About to get inspection. Was shocked to just find out the house was under pre foreclosure! But because of the state it is in the seller was lucky and savvy enough to have an emergency stop put on the foreclosure proceedings for upto 60 days. (their state has a foreclosure ACT that puts foreclosures on hold while thye apply for emergency mortgage assistance. Im thinking of being clever and withdrawing my offer and now waiting things out a couple of months to see if the house does go into foreclosure. but can the seller still try and sell their house while their foreclosure is on hold ? how can they legally sell a house when their house was going into foreclosure! by re agent says the fact that it was in pre foreclosure is immaterial to buying it. my realtor is old lady who says she knows that because this state is so liberal and has programs to stop foreclosure proceedings that i would be 'foolhardy' to withdraw my offer. additionally she said the seller priced it 25k under market and has several back up showings. i just dont see how she can get to sell it without disclosing foreclosure actions.

Open Question: How can we find out if a foreclosure of our FL home will have a deficiency judgment?
We rent out the house and live in another state. We are concerned about what the mortgage company would be able to take from us other than the house if a foreclosure happens? For example: bank accounts, paychecks, future annuity payments, or any thing else owned? We are not financially able to continue making payments long term but are current with payments at this time. We have also tried selling but with no luck. We are a married couple but only one of us on the deed, if this makes any difference.

Open Question: Stop paying the second???? No remedy really???
I own a home in San Diego. We purchased the home with 100% financing. The first loan is 444 and the second (with Citibank) is 113. My husband moved out and I am stuck here and would like to keep the house but cannot afford the entire mortgage payments. I am thinking of defaulting on the second, but paying the first. The property values have declined so much that it may be difficult to even sell the property for 450k. Therefore, what would the second do? If they foreclose, then they have to pay the first back, which might be hard to do??? My credit is going to take a hit with a short sale or a foreclosure anyhow. So why not try to force the second lien holder to write it off??? Am I wrong?

Open Question: President Hillary Clinton sparks full scale DEPRESSION-2010 in USA?
Banks continue to fail, Supermarkets raided by homeless, starving people, Oil $8 a gallon, unheated homes abandoned by the thousands, foreclosure moratorium implodes, no jobs, crammed hospitals turning people away by the thousands, thugs running wild in communities everywhere, jails filled to capacity…no more room or authorties to manage them. moratorium shut down of stockmarket! Revolution with blood soaked streets! Harsh? Impossible? Just Wait…only Hillarys kind of "experience" could accomplish this -60 days from her DAY ONE!!

Open Question: How low should my offer be on a foreclosure home?
My husband and I are seriously considering purchasing a foreclosed home. It is a garage conversion as well which I know brings down the resale value of the home. The listing price is 109,900. What is the ABSOLUTE LOWEST that my first offer should be that the bank would take seriously? It is in Keller TX and is 1900sqr foot including garage conversion. Very minor cosmetic TLC needed. Built in 1991
