Open Question: should we try for this foreclosure?
We currently own a home and haven't put it on the market. We know of a house we really like that will be REO status in the next couple weeks. We don't want to move just anywhere, so we're hesitant to put our house on the market - plus we really can't afford much more (we'd offer similar to our current mortgage). Should we go for it and try and put our house on the market, try and rent our house out or should we stay where we are?
