QUESTION ABOUT: Adding remarks on your report for HARDSHIPS: 1. Medical & 2. Federal Employer Error What is the best way, best recommended remarks that one can add to their credit report, when one goes through a medical hardship that also includes an offical letter that an employer made administrative errors? The credit score is down to low 400's, the medical hardship lasted 3/4 of a year, due to employer error, I am in the middle of foreclosure & bankruptcy. It will now be extremely difficult to get future employment! I have filed an EEOC report, went through their internal medication process, had an agreement, then they took it back and now I am in phase 2 which could last up to 182 days. They have kept me in an active status therefore making it impossible to collect any social help because I would then be resigning from my job? How can I climb up and out of foreclosure without a job? How can I get them to settle and what is a good amount to negotiate for? I don't know where to go next? Thank you for any any help you can offer!
