Open Question: Please HElp on this LINE OF CREDIT QUESTION?
Okay the bank that lend my dad the money for our house has been offering him a line of credit worth $20,000. My dad wants to take it, but there is a chance that in the near future we will be going into foreclosure. So my dad wanted to know that if we do go to foreclosure, will the bank FORCE him to pay back the $20,000? And what will happen if he does not pay them back the $20,000
