Open Question: After receiving a summons to foreclosure….?
There is a realtor and investor, who want to do a short sale on my property. they will take care of the summons and they will give me a document to sign to allow them power of attorney over my property as well as the tenants and they will collect the rents. Also they will deal directly with the tenant.. Does all this make sense?? Are they really doing the right thing?? or are they scammers??
