i've seen one that has been listed on a foreclosure site, and it is a very nice house. they filed chapter 13 Bk, but not really sure if that affects them with their house. is it totally inappropriate to basically contact them and ask if they would be interested in selling their house, w/o even mentioning the Bk? also, why are Chapter 13's listed on foreclosure sites if the Bk doesn't affect them losing their house? more…

I am purchasing a home, it is a foreclosure and the people let their dogs defecate in the home. The carpets are being ripped up, there is plywood underneath so were going to sand it down. If that does not work, well rip them up. My Question Is : What face masks or respirators are effective for the disposal of dog feces and urine? In addition, what health risks are involved? I have a private investor lien on my house for 20k in 3rd position. I just found out he has filed for bankuptcy about a month ago. What happens to the lien and the money I owe him? I don't think foreclosure is an issue because I do not owe that much to the bank in first position. The news media avoids the "R" word (recession), but they do report on lower consumer spending, job layoffs, record foreclosures of homes, rising unemployment, etc… which = RECESSION !! No one in the news media is mentioning how much $$ illegals are sending back to their native countries. When you hire an American, he/she spends ALL of it back into the economy. When you hire an illegal, he/she SENDS up to 40% of their earnings outside of the USA. This is $$ that's not going back into the USA economy, and news media is not reporting this, so as not to offend the Latino readers (immigrant bashing). Do you believe illegals had contributed to our economic recession by sending $$ outside the USA, — instead of spending it BACK into our economy ?? Mercer Devil–when you buy imported products, you're partly paying for the retail stores' AMERICAN employee staff, the cost of warehousing and trucking these imported goods to the retail shelves, and sales tax for state and local coffers. The retailer must file state and federal tax reports, so you're indirectly paying back into state and federal governments' tax coffers, when you spend money anywhere. Buying imported goods is better than buying nothing, and sending the $$ outside the American economy. Your argument is an attempt to deflect the issue of how much $$ is not going back into the USA economy. You are, no doubt, a supporter and sympathizer of illegals. The same illegals who had spawned sons who are now members of the Mexican Mafia, MS-13, and other violent gangs who prey on Americans. Ana C—the only criticism I have of the US Govt, is their secret-support of illegals, and their refusal to crack down on employers who hire illegals.
