Are you serious dude?! Go out and check the freakin job market, have you heard there are record number of foreclosures still. How about all the people who are having their cars repossessed, oh yeah and all the homes that are having their power shut off, I know this for sure is hitting record numbers in Minnesota, at least a month ago it was. Record amount of credit card default, the list goes on an on "my friend" if you are to ignorant to not see the catastrophe facing this nation then you deserve a president like our, unfortunately I do not, and am suffering under his ridiculous last term! One of my most unfavorite bung hole of a neighbor seems to have hit financial issues. He wanted to run our HOA and take control of our finances.. he can't run his own from what I can see. My realtor sent me a listing with this guys property… way lower than other units in our building. When I asked why he said it is a short pay. The guy owes more than the property is worth. Is this done when you can' t make your mortgage payements? Or is this done in lieu of foreclosure? more…

I own a catfish farm in SW Georgia. I fell into fish farming quite by accident ( I bought it at a foreclosure auction as an investment). After two years of rehabbing the farm and making it productive I'm now ready to sell the business with a crop of fish ready for market. Any ideas on where to market this farm????? It appears that more people are looking to government for assistance for everything under the sun. Anything from foreclosures to health insurance. Why aren't we self sufficient? I'm absolutely happy with my income, and I should NOT be entitled to help someone who carelessly reproduce, and decide not to invest in themselves, obtaining a higher education. And for those who obtained a higher education, did you really think that underwater basket weaving would pay off the 40k in student loans you racked up? The US has provided so much for early success. Where I'm originally from, EVERYONE pays for school, text books, calculators, computers, uniform, school food AND transportation. The basics are taken care of here, so why haven't we taken full advantage of that? Why aren't we successful enough to be able to survive without so much gov't aid? How socialist will we become? I'm not expecting to be liked for these questions, and I'm expecting a lot of answers from the ignorant, so fire away more…
