Open Question: foreclosure help? How to get out with minimal effect?
We are paying high mortgage every month and we are left out with nothing to save. We pay mortgage and eat at home everyday, even if we have to go out a day or to the movies we have to depend on credit cards. So far our credit history is good and we want to maintain that. How can we foreclose and not affect our credit history? Also should we find another house we want to move into before foreclosing this house?

Open Question: What costs do I need to know about moving out for the first time?
I'm moving out of my parents house for the first time in a couple of months with my fiancé. I'm 21. I live in Florida and just want to know what we would have to pay for when we move into the apartment. I'm also a student and would like to know if getting a student loan would also be a good idea to get to pay for school and housing. Moving out is my only option because my parents are having money problems and the house is under foreclosure. They're thinking about moving back to NY so I'm on my own. So I'm marrying my fiancé before I move out but I don't have a job yet and no one seems to be hiring. think i should get the student loan??
