Open Question: Bush once boasted about "record home ownership", but that illusion too has collapsed with the housing market..
and his "record home ownership" has now soured into "record home foreclosures". Most of bush's "successes" are fleeting and illusory, aren't they? There is very little positive to say about the bush years. He inherited peace and prosperity from President Clinton, and he turned it into war and recession. Bush will be leaving America in worse condition than when he received it. About two weeks ago me and my fiance tried to get a loan for a car we wanted to purchase. I was talking to the loan company and he started asking me about my fiance's home in florida and about the foreclosure in febuary 2007 i told him that we don't have a home in florida that we been living together for 4 years now in nyc. He also told me about a car we financed in 2007 I told him we have a car but we bought it cash it's not financed. He told me he needed to talk to my fiance and told him the same thing. we started getting suspicious and my fiance went online and tried to get his credit report and two of the questions to make sure it was him trying to get his report was who was the lender for the mortgage and how much was the mortgage each month. That's when we realize that a person got a house under my husbands name what can we do about this. My mom was telling us we need to take care of this because if the person has a debt we will have to pay for it. thanks for any advice. more…
