HELP!!! my father in law is a real jerk. I know noone gets along with their in laws but how do we deal with them. My husband and I and our son do live with them but only because they were gonna go under foreclosure and we had to give them our money we SAVED to purchase our own home to save their home. Fine, we are suppose to take care of our parents when they get older. I'm all for that. But don't take advantage of the situation. And don't treat the ones who keep you from losing your home over and over again like crap.. My father in law is simply evil with a capitol E !! He don't treat my son like a grandfather should and out of all of his grandchildren he is only the true one who can carry the last name.. I'm not asking for special treatment because of this I am asking for equal LOVE. I don't know what to do, Yes we can leave but with what money, they have drained us. And every time we do save money some how they find out and drain us again with their sob story…what am i to do??

Open Question: Help… How Can I Rent a House or Apartment After Going Through Foreclosure? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
I went though foreclosure in December 2007 (it was really a rental property and I let somebody else manage the business side of it. By the time I found out about it - it was too late to catch it. My Mistake (with a costly price) now I have learned from that and I still need to be able to rent a place to live. My personal rental history is a lot better (the place where I live now). I have 4 years good rental history in 3 apartment complexes ( I have been living in the apartment that I am in now for almost two years). (They are located in the suberbs outside of Memphis, TN). I have never had a late payment and I try to stay ahead (for instance, I paid for july and august rent back in June). How can I get a rental property if every one is pulling credit and they see a foreclosure and a not so good credit score? Shoud I explain what happened before I put in the credit check application? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have never been in this type of situation and I don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!
