Open Question: How low will my credit score drop with a foreclosure?
Missed 2 payments on a rental property, now almost 3, tried last month to get help but couldn't because credit dropped too low (from 720 to 571) Loss mitigation has offered to revise the terms but I still can't afford the new payment - re-renting isn't an option, this property is dependent upon another business that is folding up it's shop. This property is underwater by who knows how much since there are 207 other ones just like it that are equally screwed. How low will my credit score drop with a foreclosure?

Open Question: Should i change my name?
I recently got married in TX but i haven't had my name or marital status changed in California. My credit is the worse and im in the middle of a foreclosure from a previous property i had bought a few years back. I don't want to affect my husbands credit in anyway and im not sure if my past credit issues will affect him in anyway and im a little skeptic about changing my name and status just yet because i don't want any of the debt collectors and stuff to bug him about it. Im also moving to another state and i was thinking that maybe it would be best if i waited until i got there to do the name and marital status change instead of doing it here in California, but im not sure if it will even make any difference. What should i do? Any advice?

Open Question: What should I do, Does anyone know a church that helps out low income families?
I am a mother of 3 kids. My husband lost his job. I am paying eight hundred a month on insurance for our family. We lost our home to foreclosure and now are staying with family. Now I am stuck in a situation where I have to chose weather to pay my bills or buy my kids food. Does anyone know any churches help with diapers and clothes. Basically our life has changed dramatically. My husband used to make over eighty thousand a year to now only twenty thousand. Please help. I am trying to be strong for my family. I cry when I'm in the shower because that's the only place I could let my feeling go!
