Open Question: Renter & Foreclosures?

Open Question: Renter & Foreclosures?
A person moved into a home without no deposit, and stopped paying rent the second month they were there. Why the owner never did a background check is beyond me. Anyway, the renter has ruined this house inside and out. The owner finally took the renter to court and there is when this renter found out the house was in foreclosure. The court gave this person 90 days to move out of this home. The bank has come on several occasions to try to see what damages the home has, but this renter will not open the door. The neighbors have even filed a formal complaint on this renter. Due to the dog poop in the front yard that has not been picked up. The smell is so bad, you have to cover your nose as you walk by this home. They put there trash on the side of the house and it smells really bad. They have no trash pick up! The dogs have ripped up the carpet and chewed up the wood floors let alone damaged all the mini blinds. The renter was given a notice from the bank that they have to move by the 15th of this month. And that they bank will give her $1000 to move out. This person doesn't think they have to move out. They haven't never paid rent, and have damaged the home. When they come on the 15th of this month, can they bring the police to move them out on that day?

Open Question: Foreclosures — What the Government should do?
The Government should make a law or bill that states that all foreclosures MUST stop for a period of 3 years, this will keep people in their homes and it will force the lenders to listen to the borrowers! As in agreeing to do loan modifications that people can afford, that way people are no longer being foreclosed on and the blood sucking mortgage companys still get their money (over time) Because right now if you are late on your mortgage and you try to ask your lender for help they will not listen to you nor will they even try to give you alternatives of any kind (trust me I know this first hand) The Government could add that if a lender continues to not try to work with a borrower then that lender would be penalized in some way. If the Government came up with this type of bill, then it wouldn't cost taxpayers any money, Unlike the bill they have now which is costing 7 Billion dollars!! And this money is only helping the mortgage companies its not helping people stay in their homes. Its only bailing out Fannie and Freddie and some others. Anyways, if any of you have any comments on what I wrote please feel free to Email me at: truevineyard@aol.com

Open Question: Foreclosure - what can I do if my house is up for foreclosure? ?
It is under my mom's name and she is going to let it fall and let me and my siblings lose the house. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Ok I am a 20something who is getting my masters at school. Have a part time job while I am going to school. My mom just went through a divorce and is letting the house go. She doesn't understand this affects me and my siblings. I do not have the money to pay a house/mortgage as all my money goes to school. I have nowhere to go if this house goes and my mom doesn't realize she is messing up my future. It is not as if I am sitting on my butt I am trying to have a future going to college. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
