and now it went to active foreclosure how do i keep my name out of the paper? They said it wont be foreclosed on if its in review but our name will be placed in the newspaper HELP how do I keep it out? more…
Long story extremely short: Mom died in February. Dad remade his will in August. Dad commitss suicide by burning down the house and remaining inside. The will reads that the house and land are to go to me, every other asset is to go to the humane society. I can't afford the house, and do not want the foreclosure on my credit report, nor do I want the land. Is there anyway to avoid taknig on the debt that my parents have left? more…
to keep my security deposit, I put in a forwarding address on Oct 31st, I have proof. If she does not send me a letter as of yet, does she forfeit her right to keep my deposit after her time is up? This home is currently in foreclosure. Does she forfiet her right and I can get all my security deposit back if she does not send me a letter stating why she is keeping it? Is a forward address good enough to let her know where i'm at? do they forward certified letters? What day would be her last day to claim? more…
